COVID 19 Policy
To keep the risk of contracting COVID19 down, we request that you wear a mask for your visit at all times. Remember, we are all in this together, and unfortunately we do not provide COVID19 testing at this time, so if you do experience any fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, etc. at the time of your visit, please feel free to reschedule or request a telemedicine appointment for your slotted time period. If any of these symptoms are severe, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in keeping each other safe.
